    Each stage of production, namely roasting, grinding and packaging of products is controlled, which ensures consistent coffee quality that meets your expectations.

    We are confident in the quality of our coffee, so you can always evaluate samples from test packaging. This allows you to check the compatibility of the beans with your preferences.

Cleaning is carried out in several stages:

  1. Destoner to eliminate foreign elements:
    Our professional machines carry out the first stage of cleaning, separating nut shells and tiny stones from coffee beans. Thanks to the modern destoner, we guarantee that you receive a pure coffee product without external impurities.

  2. Sovda Photoseparator - innovative technologies for special coffee:
    In the second stage, we use the Sovda photoseparator, unique in Georgia. This high-tech device scans each coffee bean, adjusting the color according to the code. Then, a stream of air skillfully removes beans with a different tone, providing you with coffee beans of the same color. The efficiency of this technology reaches 99.5%, ensuring incredible cleaning accuracy.

  3. Magnetic traps on machines for final cleaning:
    In the third stage, we use magnetic traps to ensure that only coffee is present in the packaging. This is the final touch in our cleaning process, ensuring the absolute purity of your product.

Roasting Quality Check

We check each batch at critical control points:

  1. Total roasting time:
    We carefully monitor the time spent roasting each batch of coffee beans. This ensures the optimal combination of aroma and taste, which is a guarantee of the high quality of our coffee.

  2. Discharge temperature:
    Precise adjustment of the discharge temperature is a critical point in the roasting process. We guarantee that each batch reaches the optimal temperature to preserve the unique taste characteristics of coffee beans.

  3. Development time after crack:
    We track the development time after the crack to achieve the perfect balance in taste. This stage is critical for forming complex aromas and a rich taste.

  4. Percentage of weight loss:
    We carefully control the percentage of weight loss, which is an important indicator of successful roasting. This affects the density and humidity of the beans, determining the final quality of the product.

  5. Coffee color:
    We use a digital colorimeter to measure the exact color of roasted beans. This ensures consistency and control of the desired degree of roasting, which is an important aspect of shaping the preferred appearance and taste of coffee.

Coffee Packaging

After roasting and cleaning, we pack the grain into film on 3 automatic lines. The process is fully automatic and computer controlled. You open the package and get a fresh product.

The quality of our packaging slows down the oxidation of coffee beans and maintains long-term freshness of the product. Control computer ensures precise dosing coffee, maintaining optimal storage conditions.

We value your experience of opening the package, so each portion of coffee is packed in sturdy five-layer boxes. This ensures reliable protection of the product during transportation and storage, preserving all the splendor of aroma and taste.

In the final stage, the finished product is packed in special boxes ready for shipment. This is the last step where your expectations meet our pursuit of perfection.
